loud streetextra charge
I requested a quiet room ahead of time, BUT our room faced an loud street. scooters screeched ALL night long. when i asked to move, staff wanted to charge me EXTRA. that seemed ridiculous. I did NOT have a restful stay.

i found the location convenient, right near piazza tasso! the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses. the rooftop pool provided a fine view and a relaxing atmosphere. i liked that staff remembered me and were very attentive .
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

decent locationpoor soundproofingloud yelling
the location was decent it was close to everything.
soundproofing was seriously lacking i could hear everything. people were yelling in the hallway at all hours. i paid a lot of money so i expected better sleep but did not get it.
